Hello, I’m Narsis.
A licensed project manager in Ras Al Khaimah, bringing design, building and management together with one calm point of contact.
A calmer way to build.
I started Narsis PM because I saw how often good projects are spoiled by poor coordination: a designer who never visits the site, a contractor who never sees the drawings, a client left to chase everyone. I wanted to be the person who closes those gaps.
Today I manage renovation, handover, custom joinery, interior design, business fit-outs and private events in Ras Al Khaimah. Our joinery is made in our family workshop here in RAK, which means I can promise what I can control: quality, timing and honest communication.
I speak Persian and English, and I work with clients at home and abroad. Whatever the size of the project, you will always know who is responsible, what happens next and when.
