Many owners manage their property in Ras Al Khaimah from another country. We handle handover, renovation and furnishing on site and keep you informed every week, so you can decide from wherever you are.

Hello, I’m Narsis.
I am a licensed project manager based in Ras Al Khaimah. I bring design, building and management together so that you deal with one calm, reliable person instead of many.
Every project, whether a villa renovation, a new salon or a wedding, gets the same care and attention to detail. I speak Persian and English, and our custom joinery is made in our family workshop right here in RAK.
